    This development entails the acquisition and conversion of a former landmark motel to a senior housing campus, including the “LifeSteps” adult day care and adult day health care centers in the community building. The property received new site drainage and parking areas, new roofs, new plumbing and fire safety systems. The 5.1 acre site includes considerable open space, individual outdoor patios and gated parking. The remodeled property serves seniors at 30% to 60% of median income in studio apartment units. The development has won a neighborhood beautification award as “most improved” property in the North Broadway business area.
