This three story development includes commercial uses at the busy street side facing Oxnard Boulevard in an āLā shaped building. There is an advanced electronic entry system at the front and rear doors. All other doors are exit only. The project includes 102 resident rooms and three on-site management rooms. The new building replaced 92 dilapidated rooms in three old motels. The project includes 105 units on 1 acre, with 40% open space, adjacent to a 1.54 acre parking lot with 110 parking spaces. Occupancy is limited to two adults per unit. The population includes seniors, disabled, and downtown workers. Rents range from 30% to 55% of median income. There is a large, multi-purpose room, used for private parties and community events.
