This development includes 3 bedroom townhouse units with attached garages for low income families, and is the largest new construction family rental development completed since 1992 in Lompoc. The condo-quality development was immediately occupied upon completion, and remains in great demand by large families. The community center and playground are heavily utilized. The 88 units completed the larger “Lompoc Village” condiminium project.
