This three story development includes commercial uses at the busy street side facing Oxnard Boulevard in an ā€œLā€ shaped building. There is an advanced electronic entry system at the front and rear doors. All other doors are exit only. The project includes 102 resident rooms and three on-site management rooms. The new building replaced 92 dilapidated rooms in three old motels. The project includes 105 units on 1 acre, with 40% open space, adjacent to a 1.54 acre parking lot with 110 parking spaces. Occupancy is limited to two adults per unit. The population includes seniors, disabled, and downtown workers. Rents range from 30% to 55% of median income. There is a large, multi-purpose room, used for private parties and community events.
