    As Housing Consultant, Frank Thompson assisted the development team including The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura and Santa Barbara Housing Assistance Corporation as General Partners and Bank of America as equity partner, construction and permanent lender, to utilize Redevelopment Agency funding and County of Ventura HOME funding to construct 20 new large family rental units. The design includes a two story elevator-served building with Craftsman detailing, 2 level courtyard terraces and an underground parking structure. The building exceeds Title 24 energy requirements and includes solar water heating and solar electric generation.
