    This development features a child care center, community center, and children’s playground for its 22 large families. The project is located in downtown Oxnard near an elementary school, job training centers, churches, and other support activities, and government offices. 

    Daily child care services have been provided to the residents and neighborhood since the development was first opened by the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation. A very low cost lease was provided and the savings passed on to needy families in a long term collaboration.
